Payment options
Please keep your invoice number handy — it helps us apply your payment to the right file without delay.
Pay by direct bank payment (no fee) or by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express through our secure Helcim payment page. You will receive an emailed receipt as soon as the payment is processed.
You will be redirected to our secure Helcim payment page. Please quote your invoice number.
Interac e-Transfer: send your payment to ask@accfin.ca and include your invoice number in the message field so we can match your payment to your file.
Pay by phone: call us at +1 236 500 0011 during office hours (Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific) and we will process your card payment securely over the phone.
In person: visit our Vancouver or Surrey office by appointment to pay by card.

How it works
Your invoice number appears at the top of the invoice we emailed you. Quoting it lets us match your payment to your file immediately.
Pay online by bank or card through our secure Helcim page, send an Interac e-Transfer, or call us to pay over the phone — whichever suits you.
Online payments generate an instant emailed receipt. For e-Transfers, we confirm receipt and issue your official receipt within one business day.
